Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you don’t need an account to make a purchase. You can register easily with your email or mobile number, or simply check out as a guest.
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions to reset it. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
What payment options are available?
We currently accept major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, your payment is fully protected. JANCHUN uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure your information remains confidential and secure during checkout.
How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
Payments are usually processed and verified within 48 hours after your order is placed.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at after-sale@janchun.com and we’ll be happy to assist you with cancellation or changes.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
Only one promotion or discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
What if I entered the wrong order information?
Please reach out to our support team immediately at after-sale@janchun.com with your correct details, and we’ll do our best to update your order before shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information is usually available within 1 business day after shipment.
My order hasn’t arrived or items are missing—what should I do?
If part of your order is missing or the delivery is delayed, please contact us right away so we can help you locate your package or arrange a solution.
How do I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
